Pool Rules

1) No loitering in the parking lot.
2) Only members in good standing (dues paid in full) may use the recreational facilities.
3) Profanity and offensive behavior will not be tolerated and subject to your key card being deactivated for a minimum of one week.
4) Members and their guests must check in when a pool monitor is on duty.
5) Members are not permitted to loan their key cards to friends or those members not in good standing.
6) Children 14 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years of age or older. Ages 15 and above will be required to show proof of age.
7) Guests must be accompanied by a resident in good standing and must also leave when the member leaves. There is a maximum of six guests per household – more than six guests will require a pool party contract. Ages 15-17 may bring one guest, ages 18-24 may bring up to three guests and members 25 and above may bring up to a maximum of six guests total.
8) Pool parties must be booked in advance with a party contract signed and deposit made. Deposits will be refunded at 50%.
9) Pool will be closed during inclement weather. No one is permitted in the pool during thunderstorms.
10) No glass is permitted in the pool area.
11) Pets are not allowed in the pool area, parking lot, or surrounding yard.
12) No running, diving, or horseplay is permitted.
13) Spitting water or blowing of the nose in the pool is prohibited.
14) No hair pins, curlers, small toys, or any other objects that might interfere with the pool filtration system are permitted.
15) Radio and Television volume and/or content must not offend others who are using the facility.
16) No power cords are permitted near the pool area.
17) Persons with open sores, rashes, infections, or communicable diseases are not permitted in the pool.
18) No food or drink is permitted in the pool.
19) Children not toilet trained must have appropriate swim attire. Swim diapers are available for $1.00 – see the pool monitor for assistance.
20) Members and guests must have appropriate swim attire – Street clothes are not acceptable swim attire.
21) No alcoholic beverages are allowed by persons under the legal drinking age. Visibly intoxicated persons will be asked to leave the pool area.
22) Smoking by persons under the legal smoking age is prohibited.
23) Members and guests are responsible for cleaning up their area upon departure. This includes but is not limited to trash, cigarette butts, soda cans etc.
24) Residents will be responsible for damages by them or their guests to the pool and/or equipment.

The recreational facilities belong to you. As such, you have the right to address anyone that is not abiding by these or other posted rules. Additional rules may be added as deemed necessary by the pool committee and/or Board of Directors.
