You must be a resident in good standing.

Residents not in good standing are not permitted to be Pool Party Guests.

Maximum number of guest allowed for all private parties is 25.

There must be 1 adult (21 or over) present for the duration of the party, per every 8 guests. Please have a state issued ID available.

You can occupy a maximum of 1 table, 8 lawn chairs, and 6 lounge chairs.

No “boom boxes” /DJs, etc.

Residents are required to submit a Party Application (see file below) a minimum of 48 hours in advance to book a party.

4 hour maximum duration for all parties.

You must be 21 years of age or older to submit a Party Application and book a party.

Only one party will be allowed per the 4-hour time slot.

You must clean up the pool area (INCLUDING THE BATHROOMS) at the conclusion of your party.

Violation of any pool rules/contract will result in party privileges being revoked for the season.

A $50 refundable deposit will be required for all parties. Your deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the facilities. You will be contacted if needed.

You will be financially responsible for any damages you or your guest cause in and around the pool area.

Your party activities should not interfere with other residents.

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Georgian Hills is not liable for any injuries you or your guest sustain while at the pool.
